Artisan Fair Vendor Application

Hello, and thank you for your interest in taking part in Hammerhand Coffee’s Mother’s Day Artisan Fair. We will be clearing off our patio (weather permitting) to make space for 6-8 vendors to set up small displays. We will advertise to our customer base that we will be hosting another fair on Saturday May 9th for them to come and shop. This will be our fourth Artisan Fair event. Our previous fairs went over very well, with various repeating vendors. This Artisan Fair will run during our busy weekend hours—we’re open 8am to 2pm on Saturdays. We will remain open inside to bring in our normal foot traffic. The fair will take place 8am and 1pm with a half hour to set up from 7:30am to 8am.

Booth fees will all be $50.

• You are welcome to use our tables or we can move them for you to bring your own. Our round outdoor tables are smaller, if you bring you own they cannot exceed 2’x2’
  • Indoor space is potentially available. Inquire if interested
