Artisan Fair Vendor Application

Hello, and thank you for your interest in taking part in Hammerhand Coffee’s second annual Artisan Fair. We will be clearing out the seating in our cafe and to make space for 6-8 vendors to set up small displays. We will advertise to our customer base that we will be open extra hours on the evening of Friday November 28th for them to come and shop. This is our second year hosting this event and we saw good foot traffic last year, with most vendors indicating that they would be interested in doing the event again. We anticipate even better attendance this year as we have already had customer asking if we are going to do it again. We are also attempting to arrange for one or two food trucks to be present but have not yet confirmed any will be there.

Booth fees range from $35 to $75, with most of our sections being $50. Below are section sizes and availability.

• 2’ x 2’ round table by the front door: $35; 1 available
• 1’ x 4’ bench table in the front window: $35; 1 available
• 2’ x 4’ table and bench in main area: $50; 6 available
• 3’ x 6’ large table in main area: $75; 1 available
• Outdoor space is potentially available on our patio. Inquire if interested

You are welcome to use our tables or we can move them for you to bring your own.
