African single origin club
All coffees we drink originated in Africa, so it is fitting some of the worlds most renowned coffees are found here. Ethiopian coffees with light, subtle complexity, Kenyan coffees with big, bold acidity, mellow and sweet Rwandan coffees. If you are a lover of unique, light roasted coffees and are not afraid of fruity acidity, look no further. This club will experience the best coffees we have to offer. We will select from the African single origin coffees that we have in stock and send you a fresh bag at the frequency of your choosing. Single origin coffees are seasonal, so there will be times when we are limited to one or two options and there will be times when we are overflowing with African coffees. You can rest assured, though, that what you get will be excellent and unique.
The Americas single origin club
Our Americas Club will experience the bounty that Central and South American countries like Colombia, Guatemala, and Costa Rica have to offer. Sweet, medium bodied, mellow, with pleasant acidity. These are the sorts of tasting notes you can expect of coffees from these regions. While all varied and unique, coffees from the Americas tend to be a little sweeter and a little less acidic than their African counterparts. Some of our best and most popular coffees we’ve every roasted belong to this category. If you have been a Hammerhand fan for a while, you may remember the Quejina or Luis Humberto single farmer lot. Members of this club can expect reliable, delicious coffees delivered to their door at the frequency of their choosing. If you like the variety single origin coffees have to offer and prefer your coffees a little less acidic and more mellow, this is your club.
Roaster’s choice single origin club
Members of our Roaster's Choice Single Origin Club will get to experience every single one of our best coffees. From Ethiopia, Kenya, and Burundi to Guatemala, Colombia, and occasionally even origins like Thailand. We will send you washed coffees, natural processed, honey processed, anaerobic fermentation; you will get to try it all. If you enjoy experiencing coffee in every one of it's varieties and forms, this is the club for you.
Given the wide array of coffees, which inherently comes with a wide array of green coffee prices and available quantities, the Roaster's Choice Single Origin Club is available in one size only. We will send you either 12oz or 8oz bags of coffee based on the coffee's rarity, exclusivity, and green price. For example our Guji Uraga 20 anaerobic fermentation limited release would come in 8oz, as it is only available in small quantities and is several times higher priced than most coffees, but our seasonal favorite Quejina, washed Guatemala, which we can get in larger quantities at more standard green prices, would come in 12oz. Allowing for this gives us the flexibility to offer the opportunity to experience all of our coffee throughout the year at a single subscription price.
